We had Family FunTime tonight. After we stopped by the Secretary of State so I could change my address we went to the health food store to stock up on snacks (I splurged on some nutritional yeastnow what to do with it) then we took Chupie to Toys R Us so she could spend the gift card she got for Giftmas. She picked out Lucky Ducks, a Scooby Doo movie and toy shopping cart. Then we went to Big Boy for dinner where Chupie not only ordered her own meal (chicken strips with dip and French Fries but she proudly announced to the woman in the booth next to us that she is a grown-up kid now because she made her own peanut butter and jelly sandwich last night. She not only ate her food but my onion rings, some of my burger and some of BDs quesadilla. Its a wonder she doesnt weigh a thousand pounds.
While we were at Toys R Us BD decided he wants to buy her this when we move. It is pretty cool but Im wondering if well have the space for it. He also wants to buy her a playhouse. I will have no such thing. Playhouses are meant to be built, not bought.
The house is a royal mess. I suppose I should do something about that instead of just wishing it away. Were heading out of town again this weekend so I can open our accounts at the credit union and I dont want to come home to a disaster again. Tomorrow Chupie and I have to make Valentines Day cards and maybe even a cake for Papa. Last week she made him cookies in her Easy Bake oven, shes quite the baker these days.
On that note Im going to clean something.
